800-1000 cool, 400-400 cool, 200-200 cool, 400-400 cool, 200-200 cool. Plus 1mile warm and cool. Speed workout! It was actually kinda fun, as weird as that sounds...I like how sprinting feels, and I was pretty consistent throughout the work out. The first half of the 800 was 2:06, then my 400's were 1:53, and 1:55 .
