4 miles wiht on of them at a faster pace, then 4 200's after. 

We ran dog pound, and it was so fun! I ran with Sally most of the time. :) I  felt really good, and even though I was a bit slow after the faster mile, I didn't feel as tired as I usually do on long runs :)

I think it was 3? I went on a trail run with my mom and sister for what we thought was 1 1/2 miles and then turned around:)

4 miles semi-easy out to Starbucks. Stupid stuff happened after school, so I had like an emotional energy boost, so I kinda had fun going faster:) And then Brigit almost got run over by a car! It freaked her out (and the rest of us!) pretty bad...

My right leg is feeling  much better, though the inside of my knee is still sore.

1000, 800, 600, 1000, 800. With Harts warm (No cool down..whoops..)

During the workout I tried to focus on my stride length more than my speed, but I guess it did help me go faster. I did feel pretty good and I got faster each time after the first:) But it really wore me out, I think I need to get more sleep...

Easy 3:) Recovery from the workout, and prep. for the time trial tomorrow! 

I actually stretched today! I was so proud!! I iced my ankle and leg too, so I'm hoping they won't be so sore tomorrow for the time trial... I really want to make this my best one yet! I know I can, I just need to get in the right state of mind to do it!!

PE: Timed mile (8:30)

Practice: 2 miles warm up, 2 miles time trial,  2 miles cool down, 4 200's.

I felt like I actually did my best on this time trial..like I kept up a pretty good pace most of the time, and I felt good about it. I know it's not my best time, but this one is sitting better with me than he others:)  Through most of practice I just felt so exhausted..coach was right about the sleep thing...d: Extra stretching and icing tonight...

I tried to work on being faster on these thousands then I usually do, and I felt pretty good about them:) My first one was 4:48, but I didn't get the rest..

4 miles w/ striders.

It was weird running without the team..but I did have my brother biking along with me:) I kinda guessed on the 4 miles, but eh, close enough. The outside of both my thighs are kinda bugging me lately; Icing and stretching I guess d:

I tried to break 8 min with my mile, but no...so close! Oh well. I know where I could have sped up; on my third lap I slowed down.. d: I thought I could make up for it on the 4th, but yeah...

Ice cream run! :) It was fun!! And I didn't throwup like I thought I would! Yay! Ohmygosh Footlocker tomorrow!!! Whoo!! I'm so excited! It's going to be a blast and a half:)
