I didn't do as good as yesterday, but I have been improving. My caves were pretty sore today, I think I need to stretch more.
My stomach started hurting pretty bad during my run. I think I shall stop eating breakfast before I run:)
It was easier to run today, but I still had stomach problems even without eating before. I think I'm going to start doing 3 and 2 every other day for the rest of this week and then do the same with 3 and 4 next week.
