| | 3 miles down 2450, with 4 hills sprints and 2 100's. My ankle is still bugging me...ice time! I felt really good today during the run, and it was probably one of the best runs I have ever been on! :) |

Snow Canyon Invitational (3 Miles) 00:28:58 | | Race day! I felt pretty good during the whole race, and I could tell I was moving at a faster pace then I have been lately :) It was a happy moment. I don't quite feel ready for region yet, but I shall get there! I'm still having problems with my ankle, but it has been improving! XC as a whole has been improving too:) I feel more accepted by the team, and I've been really positive about running lately. |

I feel bad about my weak mileage, but My ankle and leg were really bad today. I iced, and rolled really good, but my ankle still hurts. I'm really worried about being ready for region...just as my leg started getting better, my ankle got messed up, and now it's both.. I don't know what to do!! I'm just hoping that I'll be OK after my weekend break...

| | {{PE: Ladders with 2 laps}} 1 mile warm up, with a mile tempo, 1 400, and 4 200's with a short cool down. I was feeling good up until the end of the mile tempo... The 400 was actually pretty good, but the 200's were pretty hard on my ankle.. I didn't do the whole cool down because of that too... Shhhh don't tell Matt! |

| | I ran down on the river trail with my mom :) It was a nice evening run, with a few fast paced areas. My ankle was OK-ish through most of the run, but near 1 1/2 miles my right calve started cramping up, even after I stretched. I took the next mile easy because I rode my mom's bike while she jogged for awhile:) It helped, and I ran the remainder back at a steady pace, with a tempo finish. I stretched, and I'm going to ice and put an Ace wrap on to see if that helps at all. |
